The below is a list of possible features utilising the MoSCoW prioritization method.
Must have
- The site must follow a fully atomic, modular design
- The site settings, structure and content must be completely CMS-powered
- It must be possible to create and manage blog articles
- It must be possible to create and manage projects
- It must be possible to create and manage project updates
Should have
- Should be possible to create, manage and tag articles with categories
- It should be possible for visitors to sign up to a mailing list to receive product updates and blog post digests.
- It should be possible to create and manage a roadmap for each project
- It should be possible to add key metrics with each product update such as revenue, active users etc
Could have
- It could be possible to feed in KPI metrics for projects automatically from 3rd party services
- It could be possible to create and manage paid-for products on the site
- It could be possible to process payments for paid-for products via stripe
